Refund Policy

No Refunds: We do not offer refunds.

Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer your slot to another client.

Credit for Future Sessions

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will receive a credit for a future session.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and no-shows will not receive a credit and will be subject to the full session fee.
